男男性行为人群同伴社会网络规范对其HIV检测行为的影响 被引量:16

Association between social norms of egocentric social network and HIV testing behaviors among men who have sex with men

摘要 目的探究男男性行为人群(men who have sex with men,MSM)同伴社会网络规范对其人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)检测行为的影响。方法本研究于2014年2~5月在广州MSM社区组织门诊点招募并调查MSM的同伴社会网络特征和HIV检测情况。结果本研究共招募397名MSM核心成员,其中74.8%曾经接受过HIV检测、49.6%近一年接受过HIV检测、78.6%未来一年有较大可能接受HIV检测。397名MSM核心成员共提名670名网络其他成员,其中22.1%是男朋友,61.3%是好朋友。按核心成员社会网络中有无好朋友分层:对于社会网络中有好朋友的核心成员,有其他成员鼓励其做HIV检测则其未来检测的可能性更高(AOR=1.85,95%CI:1.03~3.33);按核心成员有无男朋友分层:对于有男朋友的核心成员,有其他成员鼓励其做HIV检测则其过去接受过HIV检测的可能性更低(AOR=0.35,95%CI:0.14~0.92);对于无男朋友的核心成员,有其他成员鼓励其做HIV检测则其未来检测的可能性更高(AOR=2.01,95%CI:1.09~3.69)。结论社会网络中朋友关系而非性伴侣关系的正向社会网络规范或行为准则,会促进社会网络成员的HIV检测行为或意愿。 Objective To investigate the association between social norms of egocentric social network and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) testing behaviors among men who have sex with men (MSM). Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted from February to May, 2014 in a peer friendly HIV testing clinic in Guangzhou. Face-to-face question- naire interviews were employed for MSM community network specialty and HIV testing situation. Results This study recruited 397 MSM as egos of social network. 74. 8% had ever tested HIV and 49.6% had HIV testing in the last year. 78. 6% had high intention to test HIV in the next year. 397 egos nominated 670 alters through social network generation questionnaires. Of all 670 alters, 22. 1% were ego's boyfriends, 61.3% were good friends. Two stratification analyses were conducted according to whether egos had good friends and whether egos had boyfriends in their social networks. A- mong egos who had good friends in social network, the results showed that alters encouraging ego to get HIV test was significantly associated with the ego' s intention to do HIV testing in the next year (AOR = 1.85, 95% CI: 1.03 - 3.33 ). Among egos who had boyfriends, alters encouraging ego to get HIV test was significantly associated with ever tested HIV (AOR = 0. 35, 95% CI:0. 14-0. 92). Among egos who did not have boyfriends, alters encouraging ego to test HIV testing was significantly associated with the egos' intention to do HIV test in the next year (AOR = 2. 01,95% CI: 1.09 - 3.69). Conclusions The positive social norms or standards of behavior among MSM' s friends other than intimate partners in their social network can promote social network member' s HIV test behavior or willingness.
