The Process and Property of Low-Carbon Steel Treated by Quench-Bluing

摘要 采用淬火发蓝工艺在低碳钢表面制备了一层发蓝膜过程。通过扫描电子显微镜、XRD电子衍射、点滴试验、擦拭试验、电化学测试和盐雾试验对蓝色氧化膜的厚度、晶体结构、连续性、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性进行评价。结果表明,淬火发蓝工艺简单、操作方便并且膜层厚度较薄,色泽美观,连续性、耐磨性和耐蚀性优异。 The process of quench-bluing treatment on low-carbon steel was introduced. The thickness, crystal structure, continuity, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the blue oxide film were evaluated by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, drip experiment, wipe test, electrochemical test and salt spray test. The results show that quench-bluing process is easy to operate, the thin film has beautiful color and the performances of film are excellent.
