摘要 为推动铁路向现代物流转型,提高铁路物流综合服务水平,促进铁路物流融入社会物流体系,从铁路线网和货运站点布局入手,以铁路物流预测量为依据,采用基于引力模型的社会网络分析方法对铁路基础设施进行筛选和体系均衡,梳理出具有集聚与扩散作用的关键物流节点,结合我国铁路物流的发展趋势和地方产业布局,构建以铁路物流节点为核心的铁路物流全程化网络体系,实现铁路物流效率提升和多式联运的高效衔接与协作,并以中国铁路成都局集团有限公司辖区为例,对运输站点布局进行优化,说明方法的适应性与合理性。 In order to promote the transformation of railway freight into modern logistics, enhance the comprehensive service of railway logistics, and accelerate the integration of railway logistics into the social logistics system, this paper classifies and balances the railway freight infrastructure with a social network analysis and Gravity Model based on the railway network, freight infrastructure, and the railway logistics volume forecast, and sorts out the key logistics node with agglomeration and diffusion effect. Then, combining the trend of China's railway logistics and local industrial layout, this paper constructs the whole network system of railway logistics with the railway logistics nodes at a core, so as to achieve the high efficiency of railway logistics and efficient multi-modal transportation convergence. This method is verified to be adaptive and rational by the optimization case of the layout of freight site of China Railway Chengdu Group Corporation.
