聚硫醇对渗透性环氧防水涂料改性研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用聚硫醇固化剂3310对普通环氧树脂体系进行改性,将改性后的树脂体系与混合溶剂相结合制备了渗透性环氧树脂防水涂料,研究了IPDA/3310的活性氢当量比、体系固含量等对渗透性环氧树脂防水涂料表干时间、实干时间、柔韧性及粘结性能等的影响。结果表明:固化剂的加入能明显加快环氧树脂体系的固化速度,有效增加其柔韧性;固化剂的用量及涂料的固含量对渗透性环氧树脂防水涂料的粘结强度影响均较小;以IPDA/3310活性氢当量比为2∶2的固化体系结合混合溶剂制备的防水涂料与纯IPDA固化体系相比,其表干时间、实干时间大大缩短,尤其是低温环境下,因此更有利于冬季施工。 The ordinary epoxy resin is modified by the polymercaptan curing agent 3310,and the permeable waterproofing coating of epoxy resin is prepared with the modified resin system combined with the mixed solvent. The effects of IPDA/3310 active hydrogen equivalent and the solid content of the coating on table dry tome, actual dry time, flexibility and bonding performance of the coating are studied. The results show that the addition of curing agent 3310 can significantly accelerate the curing speed of epoxy resin system and effectively increase its flexibility; the amount of the curing agent and the solid content of the coating have less influence on the bonding strength of the coating. When IPDA/3310 active hydrogen equivalent is 2:2, the time of table dry and actual dry of the coating are greatly shortened,especially in low temperature environment, which is more favorable for winter construction.
