摘要
H型钢轧制是典型的非线性塑性大变形过程。以HN600×200规格的H型钢轧制为例,结合H型钢轧制原理和特点,利用有限元分析软件建立H型钢轧制热力耦合分析模型。根据有限元模拟结果,探讨了H型钢轧制过程中金属流动的分布规律、轧制力能参数的大小及变化。研究结果为H型钢轧制的有限元模拟分析和生产实践提供一定的参考。
H-beam rolling is a typical nonlinear plastic deformation process.HN600×200 specification H-beam rolling is taken as an example.Combined with the rolling principle and characteristics of H-beam,a thermal mechanical coupling analysis model of H-beam rolling is established by using finite element analysis software.According to the finite element simulation results,the distribution law of the metal flow and the magnitude and change of the rolling force energy parameter in the rolling process of H-beam are discussed.The research results can provide some reference for the finite element simulation analysis and production practice of H-beam rolling.
