镀层基板及彩板耐腐蚀性能的研究现状与展望

Research Status and Prospect of Corrosion Resistance of Coating Substrate and Color Plate

通过对镀层钢板的耐腐蚀机理调研,分析了不同镀层结构基板的耐腐蚀特性及对彩板耐腐蚀性能的影响;探讨了锌铝镁新型合金镀层对提高彩涂板耐腐蚀性能的原理,以及新型涂镀产品在腐蚀环境中推广应用的积极意义。

By investigating the corrosion resistant mechanism of the coated steel reported in the literature,the corrosion resistance of the different coated structural substrates and their effects on the corrosion resistance of the colored plates were analyzed.The effects of the new zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy coating on improving the corrosion resistance of the coated plates were discussed as well as the positive significancein in promotion and application of the new coating products in the corrosive environment.
