摘要
采用宏观及微观断口分析、化学成分分析和金相检验等方法,对GCr15轴承钢断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:造成该轴承钢断裂的原因是其芯部晶粒粗大并且产生了严重的网状渗碳体,钢材从芯部粗大网状渗碳体处起裂,并最终导致钢材断裂。
Testing methods such as macro and micro fracture analysis,chemical compositions analysis and metallographic examination were used to analyze the fracture reasons of GCr15 bearing steel.The results show that the reason for the fracture was attributed to the coarse grains and serious network cementite at the core of the bearing steel.Cracks were initiated from the thick network cementite at the core of the bearing steel,which led to fracture eventually.
