Analysis of the Satisfaction of E-government Website Based on AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

电子政务网站是国家实施政府职能转变、提高政府管理、提供公共服务的重要渠道,是各级政府沟通公众的桥梁,而公众满意度是评价电子政务网站服务质量的一项重要指标.文章构建了电子政务网站的评价体系,利用层次分析法(AHP)确定各个评价指标的权重,采用模糊综合评价法对电子政务网站进行实证分析,并给出电子政务网站的建设建议.

E-government website was an important way of implementing the transformation of government functions,improving government administration and providing public services,and was the bridge of communication among all levels of government and public. Public satisfaction evaluation of e-government websites was a key indicator of quality of service. This paper constructed the evaluation system of e-government websites by using the analytic hierarchy process( AHP) to determine the weights of each evaluation index,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make an empirical analysis of e-government websites,and gave the construction suggestion of e-government website.
