民办高校思政课青年教师专业学习常态化研究

Research on the Normalization of the Professional Study of Young Teachers Teaching Ideological and Political Course in Private Universities

思政课教师专业学习常态化,主要是指思政课教师的专业学习趋向正常,成为一种常态,通过此种常态化的学习,不断提高思政课教师的专业能力和素养,使思政课教师队伍实现专业化。民办高校思政课青年教师专业学习的形式主要有两种:外部各级培训、内在自我学习。推进民办高校思政课青年教师专业学习常态化的措施主要有:树立"终身学习"的理念,制定相关的专业化学习政策,开展各级各类的专业培训,进行有效的自主学习。

Normalization of the professional study of teachers who teach ideological and politics course means that the teachers should often improve their professional ability and quality through normalized study and become specialized in their work. There are two forms of professional study for young teachers who teach ideological and politics course in private universities: external training in various levels and internal study by themselves. The normalized measures to promote the professional study of young teachers who teach ideological and politics course mainly include: set up the ideal of "lifelong learning"; make relevant policies for professional study; carry out professional training in various levels; and study effectively by themselves.
