Application of Subdiscipline Grouping Method in Clinical Pathway Management

目的探讨学科内分组法在临床路径管理中的应用,提高临床路径病种数量,降低临床路径变异度,提高入径率。方法以DRGs疾病分组方法为理论依据,以不同的实验室指标、治疗方式等为分组标准,进行临床路径病种分组梳理。结果通过学科内分组法的应用,医院临床路径病种由237种,扩大到311种。路径入径率由2015年46.24%提升至2016年55.81%。结论通过学科内分组法的应用,有效地促进了临床路径管理,提高临床路径入径率和完成率。

Objective To explore the application of subdiscipline grouping method in clinical pathway management, improve the number of clinical pathway diseases, reduce the degree of clinical pathway variation, and improve the en- trance ratio. Methods Based on the method of DRGs grouping, the clinical pathway group was sorted by using differ- ent laboratory indexes and treatment methods as the basis of the theoretical basis. Results Through the application of subdiscipline grouping method, the number of clinical pathway in the hospital increased from 237 to 311. The entrance ratio of pathway increased from 46.24% in 2015 to 55.81% in 2016. Conclusion Through the application of the sub- discipline grouping method, the clinical path management was effectively promoted, and the clinical path entrance ratio and completion rate were improved effectively
