摘要
目前临床路径管理存在例数不足、执行流于形式等问题,通过建立多部门联动机制,使各部门联合参与、监管路径管理,规范路径管理行为,真正起到优化医疗资源、规范诊疗的效果。
The clinical pathway management had the problems of insufficiency number of cases and a mere formali ty. To improve this situationp a tertiary general hospital in Huizhou City established a multi sectoral linkage mechanism to make all departments jointly participating in and supervising pathway management, standardizing pathway manage- ment behavior, which optimized medical resources and standardized the diagnosis and treatment.
