The Practice of Volunteers in Outpatient High Quality Nursing Service

志愿者参与医院门诊服务是"志愿服务在医院"内容之一。通过增加门诊志愿者人数、定岗定员、丰富门诊服务项目等精细化改进,实施有志愿者参与的门诊优质护理服务。实施后,患者满意度由93.55%提升至97.88%,同时弥补了护理人员短缺,提升了门诊服务质量,有利于促进社会人文精神。针对存在的不足,需采取拓展志愿者招募方式,强化组织管理,及时更新服务项目,完善志愿者调配机制,积极争取领导及部门支持与配合等措施。

Volunteers participating outpatient service in hospital is a part of ＂Volunteers in Hospital＂ activities. By improvement on increasing the number of outpatient volunteers, the appointed staff, and enhancing outpatient service i terns, the volunteers participating high quality outpatient service was implemented. After the application, patients satis faction was improved from 93.55 % to 97.88 %, the shortage of nursing staff was made up, the quality of outpatient serv- ice was improved, and the good humanistic spirit of the society was promoted. Measures were taken on the existed limi- tations, including expanding the volunteer recruitment, strengthening organization management, timely updating service items, improving the volunteers＇ deployment mechanism, actively striving for support and cooperation of leaders and de- partments.
