Construction Technology of Blasting Demolition for Old Arch Bridge

在我国,桥梁结构形式多样,其中拱桥作为早期桥梁形式之一,主要是运用片石浆砌而成。其特点为结构简单,利用拱圈、墩台承受上部作用力,可是在早期施工过程中存在着一系列明显的问题,如缺乏专业技术人员、桥梁衬砌问题、施工过程管理混乱等。因此,在新常态经济发展形势下,必须要客观正视这些问题,并探索解决对策,以促进我国桥梁施工技术的进一步发展。该文主要介绍处于城市中心位置的旧拱桥的机械拆除配合爆破拆除的施工技术,针对当地复杂的环境和桥梁本身结构特点,采用自上而下进行逐层拆除,对不同的结构部位采用不同的拆除方法,拆除施工取得了显著效果,河道清理顺利,是一次成功的案例,可供同行参考。

In China, there are a variety of bridge structures, among which the arch bridge is one of the early bridge forms and is largely the masonry struc-ture, with characteristics of a simple structure utilizing arch rings and piers to withstand the upper force, but in the early construction process there are a series of obvious problems, such as a lack of professional and technical personnel, the lining of bridges, the unclear construction management, etc. There-fore, under the new normal economic development situation, these problems must be objectively addressed and the solutions and countermeasures must be explored to promote the further development of bridge construction technology in our country. This paper mainly introduces the integrated construc-tion technology of mechanized demolition and blasting demolition for the old arch bridge located in the city center. Combined with the complicated local environment and the structural features of the bridge itself, the top-down demolition from different layers and different demolition methods for different structural parts were adopted, achieving remarkable results in removal construction, river ways being well cleaned. It is a successful case, which can be referenced for similar projects.
