摘要
对5083铝合金铸锭进行了不同温度和时间加热后的轧制,采用金相、SEM、EDS、EBSD等方法对试样的组织进行了观察分析,采用室温拉伸测试了试样的力学性能。研究了不同加热工艺对5083铝合金轧制组织性能的影响。结果表明,420℃加热15 h后热轧的5083铝合金板材比其他两种加热工艺(510℃加热15 h和420℃加热2 h)轧制的板材,晶粒尺寸更细小,第二相更弥散均匀,其织构是铜织构({211}〈111〉);抗拉强度和屈服强度最高,其断后伸长率与其他两种加热工艺热轧的板相差不大。
The rolling process of 5083 aluminum alloy ingot at different temperatures and time was studied. The microstructure of the samples was observed and analyzed by metallography, SEM, EDS, EBSD and other methods. The mechanical properties of the sample were tested by room temperature tensile test. The effects of different heating processes on the microstructure and properties of rolled 5083 aluminum alloy were investigated. The results show that compared with the plate rolled by the other two heating processes (heating at 510℃ for 15 h and heating at 420℃ for 2 h), the grain sizes of 5083 aluminum alloy plate rolled by heating at 420℃ for 15 h are finer, the second phase is more diffuse and uniform, and the texture is copper texture ({211} 〈 111 〉); the tensile strength and yield strength are the highest, while the elongation is almost the same with hot rolled plate by other two heating processes.
