锻压温度对钢制机械联接环热疲劳和腐蚀性能的影响

摘要 采用不同的始锻温度和终锻温度对304F不锈钢机械联接环进行了锻压试验,并进行了热疲劳性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与分析。结果表明:在试验条件下,随始锻温度从1180℃升高至1260℃、终锻温度从830℃升高至910℃,联接环的热疲劳性能和耐腐蚀性能均先提高后下降。304F不锈钢联接环的最佳始锻温度是1240℃,终锻温度是890℃。 The mechanical connecting rings of 304F stainless steel were forged by different initial forging temperatures and final forging temperatures. And the thermal fatigue property and corrosion resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that under test conditions, both the thermal fatigue property and corrosion resistance of connecting rings firstly increase and then decrease, with the initial forging temperature increasing from 1180℃ to 1260℃ and the final forging temperature increasing from 830 ℃ to 910℃. The optimized initial forging temperature and final forging temperature of the 304F stainless steel connecting rings are 1240 ℃ and 890 ℃, respectively.
