摘要 研究了基于视觉传感器的焊缝轨迹识别技术。根据焊缝的特征信息以及对焊缝中心位置描述方法的异同,将基于视觉成像的焊缝识别方法归纳为直接识别法和间接识别法。结合国内外焊缝识别技术的发展,综述了这两类焊缝识别技术的具体实现方法,分析了不同焊缝识别方法的优缺点。针对目前紧密对接微间隙焊缝识别技术的需求,介绍了一种磁光成像的焊缝识别新方法。最后,对基于视觉传感器焊缝识别技术的发展进行了展望。 The welding seam track recognition technology based on visual sensor was studied. According to the weld characteristics and description method of the weld center position, the welding seam recognition methods based on visual imaging technology were concluded as the direct and the indirect recognition methods. Combined with the development of welding seam recognition technology at home and abroad, the realization methods of the two kinds of welding seam recognition technologies were summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of different welding seam recognition methods were analyzed. According to the requirement of the recognition technology of tight micro gap butt weld, a new welding seam recognition method based on magneto-optical imaging was introduced. Finally, the development of the welding seam recognition technology based on visual sensor was prospected.
