摘要
产业联盟是企业间互相协作和资源整合的一种重要模式,被广泛应用于特种设备行业.针对产业联盟的行业特点,提出了一种面向产业联盟的云制造(CMIA)应用模式,它基于领域思想规划和建模制造服务,通过为联盟企业提供共性制造服务和个性化制造服务,达到提升联盟企业整体制造水平的目标.给出了CMIA的概念和内涵,设计了CMIA框架结构,并着重研究了CMIA制造服务描述和制造服务建模技术,通过构建多粒度层次化制造服务提高了制造服务使用组合效率和智能化程度,基于领域驱动的制造服务建模技术能够较为全面地构建适合联盟企业需求的制造服务.最后给出了一个面向电梯产业联盟的云制造平台应用实例,验证了CMIA的可行性和有效性.
As an important mode of cooperation and resource integration among enterprises, industrial alliance is widely used in special equipment industry. According to the characteristics of the industrial alliance, a new cloud manufacturing application model for industry alliance (CMIA) is proposed. The alliance enterprise’s overall manufacturing level will be improved by providing common manufacturing services and individual manufacturing services using domain-oriented planning and modeling techniques. The concept and connotation of CMIA is defined and the frame work is designed. Furthermore, a multi-granularity service description approach, which can improve composition efficiency and intelligence, and a domain-driven modeling technique, which can comprehensively construct manufacturing services for alliance enterprises are studied. As an application instance, a CMIA platform for elevators is implemented to show the feasibility and effectiveness.
