摘要 针对长庆气田自然环境恶劣、社会依托条件差的情况,充分分析长庆高压集气工艺的特点,按照智能装置的研发思路,通过工艺流程再造和关键设备的技术创新,融合互联网技术,研制占地面积小、功能完备、智能运行、无人值守、远程监控、在工厂制造的可替代高压集气站的一体化集成装置。不但提高了生产工艺的适应性和适用性,同时实现了生产运行及维护保养的自动化与智能化,为长庆高压气田集气站的橇装化、智能化建设奠定了技术基础。 In the case of poor natural conditions and social dependence of Changqing gas field,and based on detailed characteristic analysis of high-pressure gas gathering technology of Changqing gas field and according to the development way of thinking of intelligent device,through process reengineering and the key equipment of technology innovation,fusion of Internet technology,the research covers an area of small,fully functional,intelligent running,unmanned,remote monitoring,an integrated device that produced in the factory which is replaceable for the high pressure gas station.This will not only improve the adaptability and applicability of the production process,but also accomplish the operation and maintenance ofautomation and intellectualization,for Changqing high pressure gas gathering station skid,intelligent construction laid a solid technical foundation.
