摘要
本文通过对比分析了数字化工厂建模方法的种类,针对兰州石化550万吨/年常减压装置的特点,将激光扫描建模法应用于该装置建模。基于一般激光扫描建模法建模精度低的问题,在具体实施过程中布设控制网,加入了标靶坐标的测量环节,以测量数据作为模型拼接的依据。采用改进的基于控制网的激光扫描建模法,通过误差控制和质量检查,为实体工厂三维模型提供准确的实施方案和依据,最终完成了该装置高精度的三维建模,有效证明了这种建模方法的应用价值。
Based on the research of the variety in regard to modeling method of digital factory,getting by comparison and analysis and combining the characteristic of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company's 5.5 million tons/year crude oil unit,laser scanning modeling method is applied to the unit.In allusion to low modeling accuracy of traditional laser scanning modeling method,control network is set up during the process of laser scanning while measurement data is made as the basis of model matching,and finally laser scanning modeling method that is improved was applied to a petrochemical plant for the purpose of study.Adopting modified laser scanning modeling,through error control and quality inspection,accurate implementation and basis are provided for factory 3 D modeling.Finally the high-precision 3 D modeling for the device is completed which prove this kind of modeling method is effective.
