摘要
利用直接数字频率合成技术(DDS)、锁相环技术(PLL)和倍频技术相结合的方式完成了一种毫米波低相噪跳频源的设计。该设计先采用目前成熟的锁相技术产生X波段跳频信号,再通过倍频的方式得到毫米波信号。文章重点分析了系统杂散、相位噪声和跳频时间等频率源关键指标,验证了该方案的可行性。
An ka-band Frequency Synthesizer is described based on DDS,PLL and Frequency doubling technology.In the design,the X band frequency hopping signal is generated by the mature phase locked technology,and then the Ka band signal is obtained by the frequency doubling.It analyses index of phase noise,spurious and conversion time by which it verifies the feasibility of the design.
