The Construction of Modernized Economic System in Chinese Second Modernization

建设现代化经济体系,标志着中国正式开启第二次现代化征程。建设现代化经济体系涉及要求、任务、动力、举措、体制五个方面,在实践中需要准确把握现代化的一般规律,紧密结合中国国情进行。中国人口多、区域发展不平衡、现代化起步晚,在建设中既要补第一次现代化的课,又要实现第二次现代化,以党的十九大报告确定的六项任务为基础,重点从科技、新经济、分区域部署、开放、制度等的协同推进中,探索具有中国特色的经济体系现代化之路。

The construction of a modern economic system shows the beginning of the second modernization journey. It involves about five aspects： basic requirements, specific tasks, intrinsic motivation, key measures and system guarantee, considering the specific foundation of Chinese and the general rule of industrial developmentin practice is necessary . In view of the fact that China has a large population, regional imbalance and inadequate modernization, the construction of a modern economic system should not only make up for insufficient of the first modernization, but also achieve the second modernization. To explore the way of modernization of the economic system with Chinese characteristics, achieve the common development of science and technology, new economy system, regional deployment and system innovation according to the nineteen major reports of the Communist Party of China.
