摘要
本文基于1999~2015年省际面板数据,将知识产权保护纳入到服务业FDI驱动服务贸易出口技术复杂度的研究框架中,探讨知识产权保护的非线性动态门槛效应。结论表明:五种服务业FDI存在知识产权保护双重门槛,随着保护力度的加强,中等强度的保护水平在现代服务业FDI对服务贸易出口技术复杂度的提升作用最为显著。地区应基于自身的知识产权保护强度,调整引资结构。未达最优知识产权保护区间的省份,应提高保护水平;保护过强的省份,应平衡保护力度。
Based on the provincial panel data from 1999 to 2015, intellectual property rights protection （IPR protection） as threshold variable is introduced into research frame work which is services FDI to drive service trade export technical complexity. The paper discusses the nonlinear dynamic threshold characteristics of IPR protection. The research shows that five types of services FDI has double threshold of IPR protection. With the strengthening of IPR protection, moderate intensity of IPR protection level is most significant in the modern service industry FDI to drive service trade export technical complexity. Various provinces should be based on their different IPR protection to adjust investment structure. The provinces that do not reach the optimal IPR protection interval should improve the protection level, and provinces exceeding the optimal IPR protection interval should balance the protection strength to improve influence of the services FDI on service trade export technical complexity.
