摘要
针对现有果蔬真空干燥装置生产效率较低、能量损耗较大等问题,设计了一种节能型真空干燥装置。主要介绍了该节能型真空干燥装置的结构特点,并以香蕉片为研究对象,在不同真空温度、真空度及切割厚度条件下进行真空干燥试验。结果表明:该装置满足设计要求,缩短了干燥时间,提高了产品质量,降低了干燥成本。
Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency and high energy consumption of existing vacuum dryer for fruits and vegetables, the energy-efficient vacuum dryer has been designed. Mainly introduce the structure characteristics of the energy-efficient dryer, and taking banana slices as the object of study, vacuum drying test is carried out under different vacuum temperature, vacuum degree and cutting thickness. The result shows that the device meets the design requirements, shortens the drying time, improves the product quality and reduces the drving cost.
