Analysis on the Optimization Path of China's Food Industry Logistics System——Based on the Analysis of Cost Profit Model

优化物流体系是促进食品工业发展的重要内容,从物流体系优化的内涵与重要性出发,重点研究了我国食品工业物流的现状与问题。通过对食品企业本量利模型的运用与分析,发现物流运输成本的控制对食品企业盈利能力的管理具有决定性作用。优化食品工业企业的物流体系需要从信息化建设、在途管理、冷链技术开发以及物流运输成本的控制四个方面加大投入力度。

The optimization of logistics system is an important content of promoting the development of food industry. This paper focuses on the current situation and problems of China＇s food industry logistics. Based on the analysis and application of the model, it is found that the control of the logistics transportation cost has a decisive effect on the management of the profitability of food enterprises. Optimizing the logistics system of the food industry enterprises needs to increase investment from the four aspects of information construction, transit management, cold chain technology development and logistics and transportation cost control.
