生物降解食品包装材料的研究进展

塑料一直以来都是食品包装行业应用最为广泛的一种材料。但是随着对石油资源紧缺、环境保护及食品安全等问题关注度的提升,可生物降解食品包装材料的研究得到重视。就传统食品包装塑料带来的问题和可生物降解食品包装塑料的研究现状进行了阐述,以期能够为生物降解材料的广泛使用提供参考。

Plastics have been a kind of most widely used food packaging material in the industry of food packaging. As for the shortage of oil resources, environmental protection and food safety awareness have increased, the research of biodegradable food packaging materials was taken attention. The problems from the plastic of traditional food packaging and the research status of the biodegradable packaging plastic were expounded in this paper in order to provide reference for the widespread use of biodegradable materials.
