高校上市公司创新能力与成长性的关系研究——基于典型相关性的分析 被引量:3

摘要 高校上市公司(LCCU)作为科研、人才与市场的结合体,有利于创新驱动的发展。通过对文献的梳理,建立了LCCU创新能力与成长性的指标体系,利用39家LCCU在2011—2015年的指标数据,采用典型相关分析法研究其创新能力与成长性的关系。结果表明:LCCU的创新能力和成长性高度正相关,LCCU的创新投入和研发能力对公司成长性的影响更大;盈利、营运、发展能力能更强地解释LCCU的成长。研究将对高校上市公司的创新发展提供一定的理论指导。 University listed companies (LCCU), as a combination of scientific research, talent and market, are conducive to the development of innovation driven. Through the review of related literature, the paper establishes the index system of LCCU innovation capability and growth index, using the data of 39 LCCU in 2011-2015 years. The paper studies the relationship between innovation capability and growth by using canonical correlation analysis. The results show that the innovation ability and growth of LCCU are highly correlated; LCCU's innovative investment and 1~ & D capabilities have a greater impact on the growth of the company; profitability, operations and development capabilities can be more conducive to the strong growth of LCCU. This study will provide some theoretical guidance for the innovative development of listed companies in colleges and universities.
