摘要
基于科研团队社会资本及创新绩效的相关文献,确定科研团队外部社会资本的测量维度,进而提出科研团队外部社会资本各维度与创新绩效之间的理论假设,并将科研团队外部社会资本分为嵌入在学术交流圈与政企联系圈中的社会资本,将创新绩效分为创新行为与创新结果两个维度。实证结果表明:科研团队外部社会资本对创新绩效有显著正向影响;各维度对创新行为和创新结果的影响不同;嵌入在学术圈与政企圈中的社会资本各维度对创新绩效的影响不同。
Based on the existing literature about social capital and innovation performance of the scientific research team, the paper determines the measure dimensions of external social capital of the scientific research team, and puts forward the theoretical assumptions between external social capital and innovation performance of the scientific research team. Scientific research team's external social capital can be divided into social capitalembedded in academic circle and social capital embedded in enterprisecircle. Innovation performance can be divided into the innovation behavior and the innovation results. The empirical results show that the scientific research team's external social capital has a significant positive effect on innovation performance; all dimensions of external social capital have different effects on the innovation behavior and the innovation results; the social capitalembedded in the academic circle and enterprise circle has different effects on innovation performance.
