基于中介服务视角的我国知识产权运营典型模式研究——以中关村国家自主创新示范区核心区为例

Typical Mode of Intellectual Property Operation in China Based on Intermediary Service: An Example of Zhongguancun National Innovation Demonstration Zone Core Area

知识产权运营模式的塑造和创新对于激活知识产权市场、促进知识产权高效运用、提升和实现知识产权价值具有关键性的影响。从中介服务视角梳理北京市海淀区三大类8种典型的知识产权运营模式,归纳各种运营模式的特点,基于中关村国家自主创新示范区核心区列举不同运营模式的典型案例;从运营模式的主体、种类、服务内容、人才需求和运行环境等维度对我国知识产权运营模式进行评析,建议创新政府扶持方式、培养高端人才、构建绿色环境和建设一批重点运营机构,以推进我国知识产权运营模式的创新发展。

The creation and innovation of intellectual property operation mode has important influence on the activation of IP market, the efficient use of IP and the realization value of IP. There are 8 kinds of typical IP operation models based on the different intermediate service in Haidian District. The characteristics of the various operation modes are summarized, and typical cases are provided in the core area of ZhongguancunNational Innovation Demonstration Zone. The paper analyzes the operation main bodies, the operation kinds, service content, talents demand and the operation environment. Accordingly, I suggest innovating the ways of government support, constructing green IP operation environment, cultivating the high-end IP talents and developing the key IP operation institutions.
