摘要 研究支付意愿(WTP)差异及不同专利制度下碳配额交易政策及再制造商风险规避对再制造生产决策的影响。研究结果表明:(1)固定专利费用模式下新产品、再制造产品的产量较高但价格较低。(2)当再制造节碳能力较强时,变动专利费用模式下供应链碳排放总量较小;反之,固定专利费用模式下供应链碳排放总量较小。(3)固定专利费用存在临界值,大于此临界值时,固定专利授权费用模式下原始设备制造商(OEM)获利更多;反之,变动专利授权费用模式下OEM获利更多。 This paper takes different patent protections and the differentiation of consumers' willing-to-pay (WTP) into consideration, carries out the research on the Carbon Cap-and-Trade mechanism and remanufactor's risk aversion, and discusses the decision of remanufacturing system. The results show that: (1) under the condition of low carbon price, the output of new product / remanufactured product under VP model is lower than that of FP model, and the price of new product / remanu^actured product under VP model is higher than that of FP model; (2) when the remanufacturing carbon saving capability is strong, the overall carbon emission of the supply chain under VP model is lower than that of FP model; (3) there is a threshold for FP model. OEM should choose FP model when the fixed patent licensing fees is greater than this threshold, otherwise he should choose VP model.
