摘要 动力因素是保障低碳技术创新动力机制有效运行,激发企业创新积极性的关键。在明确低碳技术创新特点的基础上,以EPNR模型为理论基础,分析中国低碳技术创新的动力因素。研究发现:低碳技术创新具有突破性、全球公益性和显著的外部性,导致中国低碳技术创新内、外部动力因素的动力效能受限;完善低碳政策是提高低碳技术创新内、外部动力因素动力效能的有效途径。 Dynamic factors are the key to ensure the effective operation of the dynamic mechanism of low- carbon technology innovation and to stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprise innovation. On the basis of clearing the characteristics of low-carbon technology innovation, this paper takes EPNR model as the theoretical basis, to analyze the dynamic factors of low-carbon technology innovation in China. It is found that low-carbon technology innovation is radical innovation, and has attributes of global public welfare and externality, which make the dynamic efficiency of internal and external dynamic factors of low-carbon technology innovation in China fimited. Improving low-carbon policies is the effective way to improve the dynamic efficiency of internal and external dynamic factors of low-carbon technology innovation.
