广义安全模型构建研究

Study on the Construction of Generalized Safety Model

为克服狭义安全模型的缺陷和完善安全科学理论体系,基于安全科学和大安全观的视角,以系统安全为切入点,提出安全模型的"正向构建"范式,并构建广义安全模型。在此基础上,分别从"微匹配-微系统、中匹配-中系统、宏匹配-宏系统"3个层面解析广义安全模型的内涵和模型的特征。分析所建模型在促进安全系统学研究、安全科学原理研究、事故预防和安全管理、安全学科建设等方面的功能和应用前景。研究表明,广义安全模型是安全科学研究的一种新思路和新方法,对安全科学学科体系建设及相关研究均具有显著的理论指导作用。

To overcome the deficiencies of narrow safety model and improve the theory system of safety science, from the perspective of safety science and macro-safety view, taking the system safety as the starting point, a ＂forward construct＂ paradigm was put forward, and the generalized safety model was constructed. Furthermore, connotation and features of the proposed model was parsed from ＂micro matching - micro system, middle matching - middle system, macro matching - macro system＂ respectively. Then, the functions and application prospects of this model were analyzed, which can promote the research of safety systematics, the research of safety science principles, the research of accidents prevention and safety management and the research of construction of safety science disciplines. The results show that the proposed model is a new scientific idea and a new method of safety science research, and can be the theoretical guidance of the construction of safety science discipline system and related research.
