摘要
自改革开放以来,广东省劳动关系的演变经历了三个阶段:契约型劳动关系的转向探索、基于劳动者权益保护的制度构建、以利益平衡为导向的劳动关系的新趋势。劳动关系各行为主体在持续互动中不断调整目标和策略,使劳动关系呈现与社会主义市场经济相符合的渐进式转变,这为中国在新时代构建和谐劳动关系提供了经验与启示。
Since the reform and opening-up, the evolution of labor relations in Guangdong province has undergone three stages: the exploration of the transformation of contract-type labor relations, the system construction based on the workers' rights and interests protection, and the new trend of labor relations oriented by interest balance. In the continuous interaction, the action subjects of labor relations constantly adjusted their goals and strategies, so that the labor relations showed an evolutionary change in conformity with the socialist market economy, which provided the experience and enlightenment for the construction of harmonious labor relations in the new era of China.
