摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定神农蛇药酒中马兜铃酸A的方法。方法:采用Accucore C18色谱柱(3 mm×100 mm,2.6μm),以0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相A,以乙腈为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 mL/min,检测波长250 nm,室温下进样量10μL。结果:马兜铃酸A线性范围在1.009 6~100.960 0 mg/L(r=0.999 9),回归方程Y=0.2351X+0.052 8,平均回收率为103.50%,RSD=1.90%。结论:该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可作为神农蛇药酒中马兜铃酸A含量的测定方法。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for quantification of aristolochic acid A in Shennong snake li- quor. Methods: HPLC column was Accucore C18 (3 mm× 100 mm, 2.6 μm) with 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase A, acetonitrile as mobile phase B. Detection wavelength was set to be 250 nm, the velocity of flow was 0. 3 mL/min, and the sampling volume at room temperature was 10 μL. Results: The linear range was 1. 0096 to 100. 96 mg/L (r=-0. 9999), the regression equation Y=0. 2351X+0. 0528, the average recovery rate was 103. 5%, and RSD was 1.9%. Conclusion: The HPLC method established here was simple, reliable and reproducible, which could be used in the quality control of aristoloic acid A in Shennong snake liquor.
