新时代条件下,高校意识形态工作要大有作为,就必须坚持党管意识形态,这是高校意识形态工作的必然遵循。坚持党管意识形态,是巩固中国共产党执政基础的内在要求,是坚持马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位的必然选择,是推动意识形态领域落实全面从严治党要求的本质规定,是完成高校肩负新时代重要使命的关键命题。其本真意蕴是党管方向、党管大局、党管队伍。在高校意识形态工作中,坚持党管意识形态,必须始终坚持党委的统一领导,建立健全党政工团齐抓共管的工作机制,落细落实党委宣传部门的牵头协调,扎实推动有关部门和院(系)的共同参与。
