摘要
在功利主义的影响下,高等教育事业无限性和高等教育管理者任期有限性的二元悖论,在一定程度上导致高校行政化思维盛行和学术浮躁之风蔓延,高校教师潜心治学受到强烈冲击与挑战。调查研究表明,影响广东高校教师潜心治学有内外部及自身因素:外部因素包括政府政策、投入水平、社会舆论等;内部因素包括大学制度、大学声誉;自身因素包括教师职业道德、职业技能、收入水平等。欲突破影响高校教师潜心治学的"桎梏",应建构以政府为主导、高校为主体和教师为核心的"三位一体"保障系统建设,为探索现代大学制度注入一泓清泉。
Driven by utilitarianism, the dual paradox of limited career of higher education and limited duration of higher education managers, to a certain extent, led to the prevalence of administrative thinking and the spread of academic impetus in colleges and universities, which put forward strong impacts and challenges to teachers. The investigation and research shows that there are internal and external factors that influence the concentration of teachers in higher education institutions in Guangdong Province. External factors include government policies, investment levels, public opinion, etc. Internal factors include university system and university reputation. Individual factors include teachers" professional ethics, vocational skills, and salary levels and so on. In order to break the " shackles" that affect college teachers" devotion to academy, it is necessary to construct " Trinity" colleges as the mainstay and teachers as the core, system. security system with government as the leading factor, to inject a clear spring into explore the modem university
