36所A类一流大学文化资本层次及差异分析

大学的文化属性决定了文化资本是建设一流大学最为核心的资本。文化资本存量直接决定了一流大学建设水平。对教育部公布的36所A类"一流大学"建设高校研究发现,文化资本水平在校际间差异显著。北京大学、清华大学文化资本水平显著高于其他高校;36所高校文化资本水平被分为六个层次,层次之间差异显著;一流大学文化资本水平差异受到学校历史文化继承与开发、教育政策和学校内部治理等多种因素的影响。为了促进一流大学文化资本积累,要有意识发掘学校文化资源、优化内部治理。

University culture attribute determines that the cultural capital is the most core element for first-class universities building. The amount of cultural capital determine directly the level of the first-class university. Study based on 36 first-class universities issued by ministry of education found that there is significant difference in capital level between universities. The cultural capital level of Beijing University and Tsinghua University are higher significantly than that of the other universities. The six levels of cultural capital of 36 first-elass universities is also of significant difference. The capital level of the first-class university cultural is influenced by university history cultural inheritance and development, government＇s education policies, interior governance, and so on. In order to promote cultural capital accumulation, first- class universities should explore their culture resources and optimize internal governance.
