不同剂量阿托伐他汀对高血压患者颈动脉斑块的影响研究

Effects of different doses of Atorvastatin on carotid plaque in patients with hypertension

目的研究不同剂量阿托伐他汀对高血压患者颈动脉斑块的影响。方法以36例高血压合并颈动脉斑块硬化患者入院时间先后为标准将其分为2组,分别给予低剂量阿托伐他汀(对照组10 mg/d)治疗与高剂量阿托伐他汀治疗(观察组30 mg/d),对比2组患者血压、血脂及颈动脉内膜中层厚度。结果观察组患者治疗后收缩压、舒张压水平以及颈动脉内膜中层厚度与对照组患者相比均有明显降低,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白与对照组患者相比均明显降低,低密度脂蛋白则明显上升,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高剂量阿托伐他汀相较于低剂量阿托伐他汀对高血压患者颈动脉斑块及血压、血脂水平改善更为明显。

Objective To study the effects of different doses of atorvastatin on carotid plaque in patients with hypertension.Methods 36 cases of hypertension with carotid plaque in patients with admission time successively as the standard will be divided into 2 groups,were given low dose atorvastatin （group 10 mg/d） treated with high dose atorvastatin the treatment （observation group, 30 mg/d ） were compared between two groups of patients with carotid artery plaque changes.Results the observation group after treatment in patients with systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and earotid intima-media thickness in patients compared with control group were significantly lower than that of the existing statistical significance （P〈0.05）.The patients in the observation group after three acyl glycerin,total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein decreased significantly compared with the control group, the low density lipoprotein is increased significantly,there were statistically significant contrast （P〈0.05）.Conclusion high dose atorvastatin eompared with low dose Atorvastatin can improve the carotid plaque, blood pressure and blood lipid level in hypertensive patients.
