摘要
火电厂大型机组锅炉膛温度进行控制,能够有效降低锅炉发生危险时间概率。对大型机组锅炉膛温度的控制,需要得到对预测模型偏差补偿控制方案,给出锅炉膛温度控制系统离散形式控制规律,完成对锅炉膛的温度控制。传统方法获取前馈控制量,得到不同控制周期时刻的期望输出值,但忽略了给出锅炉膛温度控制系统离散形式控制规律,导致控制精度偏低。提出基于模糊自适应控制的火电厂大型机组锅炉膛温度控制方法。基于FIR理论组建机组锅炉膛温度预测模型,给出模型受迫响应输出,获取温度预测函数控制的参考轨迹,得到温度控制系统的真实脉冲响应序列值,得到对预测模型偏差补偿控制方案,给出锅炉膛温度控制系统离散形式控制规律,完成对火电厂大型机组锅炉膛温度控制。仿真证明,所提方法控制量变化平稳,具有较高的工程实用价值。
ABSTRACT:This paper focuses on a control method for boiler chamber temperature of large unit in heat-engine plant based on fuzzy adaptive control. Firstly, we build temperature prediction model of unit boiler chamber on the basis of FIR theory and give model forced response output to obtain reference trajectory of function control of tempera- ture prediction, and then gain sequence value of real impulse response of temperature control system and compensa- tion control scheme for prediction model deviation, thus give control rule of discrete form for temperature control sys- tem of boiler chamber. Finally, we complete temperature control of boiler chamber of large unit in heat-engine plant. The simulation results show that the mentioned method has stable control and high engineering practicability.
