摘要
针对MgF_2-LiF-KCl-ScF_3熔盐体系,测定了不同质量MgO和Sc_2O_3对体系基础物性的影响。结果表明:Sc_2O_3的加入可有效降低体系的初晶温度,并使体系密度增大;MgO的加入对体系电导率和初晶温度有一定影响,但加入量小于2%时影响不明显。研究结果可为电沉积法制备铝镁钪合金及熔盐体系的选择提供技术参考。
Aim at the MgF2-LiF-KCl-ScF3 system,the influences of MgO and Sc2O3 on its basic propert ies were measured. The results show that the addition of Sc2O3 can effectively reduce the liquidus temperature and increase the density of molten salt system. The addition of MgO has a certain influence on the conductivity and liquidus temperature of the molten salt system, but the effect is not obvious when the amount of added MgO is less than 2%. The research results can provide technical reference for preparation Al-Mg-Sc alloy and selection molten salt system.
