摘要
通过静态阻垢试验、旋转挂片试验和动态模拟试验,对自主研发的低磷水处理剂的阻垢性能和缓蚀性能进行了测试,并在广州某厂进行了为期一年的工程应用试验。结果表明,药剂浓度为50 mg/L时,静态阻垢率可达90%以上,对黄铜和不锈钢的缓蚀效果良好。工程应用期间,药剂浓度为80 mg/L时,循环冷却水系统运行稳定,各项水质指标均在合理范围,挂片腐蚀速率达到GB 50050-2007的要求。表明该药剂具有优良的阻垢、缓蚀性能,可替代传统磷系药剂使用。
The scale and corrosion inhibition performance of one kind of low-phosphorus water treatment agent which was independently developed by our institute has been evaluated by the static scale inhibition test, the rotary coupon corrosion test and the dynamic simulated test. The engineering application test of the agent was carried out for one year at a factory in Guangzhou. The results indicate that the static scale inhibition rate is over 90 % when the concentration of the agent is 50 mg/L, and it shows good corrosion inhibition effect on brass and stainless steel. During the period of engineering application test, the circulating cooling water system runs stably as the concentration of the agent is 80 rag/L, and the water quality indexes are all in a reasonable range, and the corrosion rate of A3 carbon steel, brass and stainless steel are all above national standard GB 50050-2007. The agent has the advantages of excellent scale and corrosion inhibition performance, which can be used to replace traditional phosphorus water treatment agent in circulating cooling water system.
