摘要
目的:利用中药红花作为电化学反应底物,建立一种鉴别中药红花真伪的方法。方法:采用H+-Mn2+-CH3COCH3-Br O3为振荡体系,以一定量的中药红花为反应底物,反应温度控制为310 K,搅拌速度为500 r·min-1,获得电化学指纹图谱。结果:中药红花的电化学指纹图谱重复性良好,红花及其伪品的电化学指纹图谱振荡参数差异明显。结论:可以用已建立的电化学指纹图谱法鉴别红花的真伪。
Objective: The establishment of a method to identify the authenticity of Chinese safflower, the use of safflower as the electrochemical reaction substrate. Method: In a glass reactor with appropriate amount of Chinese herbal medicine as the substtate of reaction, the H+-Mn2+-CH3COCHa-BrO3 for oscillation system. Temperature kept at 310 K and the stirring speed was 500 r.min^-1. Getting the non-linear electrochemical fingerprint. Result: Electrochemical fingerprint of Chinese safflower repeatability is good, and there are significant differences in the electrochemical fingerprint of safflower and its counterfeit products. Conclusion: This method can be used to identify safflower.
