降温法制备RDX单晶的影响因素分析

摘要 为获得形貌良好、晶体密度高的RDX单晶,本文采用梯度降温法制备获得了RDX单晶,并采用光学显微镜对晶体形貌进行了对比,对产生缺陷的原因进行了分析。结果表明:环己酮不适合作为降温法制备RDX的溶剂;DMF做溶剂时,结晶效果较好,晶型较规整。且在降温速率为0.1℃/15 min时制备出的单晶样品最理想。以上结果可为类似炸药的研究提供参考。 In order to get the RDX mono-crystal with good shape and high crystal density, the RDX mono-crystal was prepared by cooling solution technique, the crystal morphology was observed by optical microscope and the reasons of crystal defect was analyzed. The results showed that cyelohexanone is not suitable for the preparation of RDX, when dimethylformamide (DMF) was used as solvent and the cooling rate was 0.1 ℃/15 min, the mono-erystal shows better crystallization effect and crystal shape. This research will provide further guide for the produce and use of PBX.
