4-羧基苯硼酸是一种非常重要的医药化工中间体。本文以对碘苯甲酸为起始原料,经酯化反应、Suzuki反应和水解反应制得目标产物,其结构经1H-NMR,MS确证。该方法原料廉价易得、操作简单且收率较高,适合工业化生产。

The title compound is important as chemical intermediates, and widely used in medicine and other fields.4-iodobenzoic acid as the starting material, by the esterification reaction,the Suzuki reaction, the hydrolysis reaction to obtain the objective product. This article discusses the wayto enhance the reaction yield and reduce the total coast. The chemical structure of the target compound were confirmed by IH-NMR ,MS analysis.
