电子制造业注塑车间挥发性有机物排放特征及排放标准研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文对国内外电子制造业挥发性有机物(volatile organic compounds,VOCs)排放限值的国家标准、地方标准、行业标准以及其他法律法规等控制指标和典型企业VOCs实测数据等进行对比分析研究,提出了我国电子制造业VOCs排放限值控制指标建议。结果显示,电子制造业注塑车间VOCs具有风量大、浓度小的特点,排气筒、车间和厂界的VOCs排放浓度均值分别为2.294mg/m3、3.677mg/m3和0.574 mg/m3。排放浓度比较大的VOCs组分有乙醇、丙烯醛、异丙醇、二氯甲烷、丙酮、环己烷、正己烷、三氯乙烯、苯乙烯、甲苯、乙苯和二甲苯等。建议将苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、苯系物等设置为特殊控制的VOCs指标,将"VOCs"和臭气浓度设置为综合控制指标,全面控制电子制造业VOCs和恶臭气体排放。 In this paper, domestic and international electronic manufacturing volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emission limits of national standards, local standards, industry standards and other laws and regulations and typical VOCs measured datas were compared and analyzed, and we pat forward China's electronics manufacturing VOCs emission limits control Indicator recommendations. The results show that VOCs in the electronics industry injection molding workshop arc characterized by large volume of air and low concentration. The average concentrations of VOCs in exhaust pipe, workshop and factory arc 2.294mg/m3, 3.677mg /m3 and 0.574 mg/m3, respectively. The larger concentrations of VOCs species were ethanol, acrolein, isopropanot, methylene chloride, acetone, cyclohexane, n-hexane, trichlorethylene, styrene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene and etc. We suggest to set benzene, toluene, xylene, styrene, benzene and other substances as special control of VOCs indicators, to set "VOCs" and odor concentration as comprehensive control indicators, to fully control the VOCs and odor emissions of electronics industry injection molding workshop.
