摘要
针对环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置E-6730换热器在使用中发生管束断裂泄漏问题,通过比较换热管材料的化学成分分析、换热管管束裂纹断口的形状分析、换热器管束材料的金相组织分析、工艺操作分析、设备结构的合理性分析等五方面来判断管束断裂产生的原因,并根据原因提出相应的整改措施,取得了良好的效果,为装置的"安全、平稳、长周期"运行保驾护航。
Aiming at the EO/EG production device of E-6730 heat exchanger heat leakage problem existing in the use of cracking tube, through the comparison of heat exchange tube material chemical composition analysis, the heat exchange tube crack fracture shape analysis, heat exchanger material microstructure analysis, process operation analysis, equipment structure rationality analysis of five aspects to find the bundle fracture causes, the corresponding measures to solve were put forward to ensure the safety steady long-term operation of production device.
