气相质谱联用仪检测大米中甲基毒死蜱的含量 被引量:2

摘要 利用乙腈提取大米中甲基毒死蜱,经过PSA,C18EC净化,浓缩定容上仪器检测,利用气相质谱联用仪采用SIM(离子选择法)进行定量定性检测,内标物环氧七氯,外标物甲基毒死蜱,用样品基质配制标准曲线。实验结果表明,该实验方法前处理简单快捷,便于样品多检测,易于操作,相关线性系数≥0.9991;线性范围0.05~0.5 ug/m L;方法重现性良好,其RSD≤10%;加标回收率85%~120%,灵敏度高;甲基毒死蜱定量限0.0250 mg/kg。 Using acetonitrile extraction of chlorpyrifos-methyl in Rice by PSA, C18EC, purification, concentration and sizing instrument detection, chromatography-mass spectrometry using the SIM gas (ion selective method) of the quantitative and qualitative detection, the internal standard Heptachlor epoxide, external standard, chlorpyrifos methyl, preparation of standard curve of sample matrix. The experimental results show that the experimental method is simple and quick, easy sample detection, easy operation, linear coefficient is not less than 0.9991; the linear range of 0.05-0.5 ug/mL; the RSD method with good reproducibility, less than 10 %;the recovery rate of 85 %-120 %, high sensitivity; limit of quantification of chlorpyrifos-methyl 0.0250 mg/kg.
