摘要
首先介绍了生物基聚酰胺纤维的特点及性能优势,采用该纤维长丝为主要原料在特里科经编机上开发了两款经编小网眼组织和两款经编变化网眼组织;通过对面料的透气性能、抗起毛起球性能、悬垂性能和拉伸断裂性能的测试、对比与分析,得出小网眼组织具有良好的横向断裂强力和透气性,变化网眼组织具有较好的纵向断裂强力、良好的悬垂性和优异的抗起球性等结论,为生物基聚酰胺纤维经编产品的开发提供参考依据。
This article first introduces the biological characteristics and performance advantages of polyamidefiber, using the fiber filament as the main raw material on the tricot warp knitting machine developed two smallwarp knitting mesh organizations and the change of two warp knitting mesh; Through the permeability of fabric,pilling resistance and drape performance and tensile fracture performance test, comparison and analysis, it is con-cluded that small mesh organization with good transverse rupture strength and permeability, organization changemesh has good longitudinal tensile strength, good drapability and excellent resistance to pilling etc. Conclusion; Itprovides reference basis for the development of biological- based polyamide fiber warp knitting products.
