摘要
在超临界二氧化碳流体中对芳纶织物进行洗涤并采用3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(APTMS)对芳纶纤维织物进行硅烷修饰处理后再完成化学镀镍。表征了APTMS处理芳纶织物的成分及接触角,并测试了化学镀芳纶织物的镍沉积量、表面形貌、晶体结构、表面电阻、电磁屏蔽效能和磁性能。结果表明,由于超临界前处理使APTMS均匀覆盖芳纶纤维;镀镍后,芳纶纤维上的镍镀层致密且均匀,其表面电阻为1.33Ω/sq;在2GHz^18GHz的频率范围内电磁屏蔽效能为13db^19db,镍镀覆芳纶织物饱和磁化强度为2.880emu/g。
Aramid fabric was washed and pretreated with 3-aminopropyhrimethoxysilane (APTMS) through supercritical carbon dioxide (seCO2) process before electroless nickel plating. The content and contact angles of APTMS pretreated aramid fabric were characterized. Deposit weight, surface morphology, crystal structure, sur- face resistance, electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness and magnetic properties of electroless nickel plated aramid fabric were investigated. The results showed that APTMS was evenly covered on aramid fibers after pretreatment. Nickel coating on the aramid fibers was dense and uniform after nickel plating. Surface resistance and electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness of the nickel plated aramid fabric arrived at 1. 3311Zsq and 13-19dB at frequency range from 2 to 18 GHz. The saturation magnetization of Ni coated aramid fabric reached 2. 880emu/g.
