摘要 探究碳酸钠溶液弱碱预处理对牛角瓜纤维表面形态、化学组成及力学性能的影响,通过反应浓度、温度、时间的单因素实验,分析对纤维力学性能及失重率的影响。实验结果表明:经碳酸钠溶液处理后牛角瓜纤维表面粗糙度增加,非纤维素类物质降低,纤维素化学组成没有明显改变,强力有所下降,伸长率在一定范围内有所提高,纤维重量损失少量。牛角瓜纤维温和的弱碱预处理在工业上有着潜在应用。 The effects of pretreatment of sodium carbonate solution on the surface morphology, chemical com-position and mechanical property of akund fiber were explored. The changes of fiber' s mechanical properties andweight loss rate were analyzed by single factor experiment including reaction concentration, temperature and time.The results showed that the surface roughness of the akund fiber increased while non-cellulosic substances de-creased, the chemical composition did not change significantly and the strength decreased, the elongation of thefiber increased to a certain extent and the fiber weight lost a little. Thus the gentle weak alkali pretreatment onakund fiber has potential applications in the industry.
