涤棉包芯纱织物分散/活性一浴一步法染色工艺

Disperse/Reactive Dyeing Process of Polyester/Cotton Core-Spun Yarn Fabric with One Bath and One Step Method

采用选定的两组分散/活性染料对涤棉包芯纱平布进行一浴一步法染色,探讨了不同染料、元明粉用量、p H值、染色温度和时间对染色织物的表观色深(K/S值)和匀染性的影响,测试了染色织物的色牢度。结果表明,涤棉包芯纱织物染色的最佳工艺条件为:温度100℃、p H值8、硫酸钠40 g/L和保温时间45 min,所得染色织物的主要性能指标基本达到一般服用要求,而且缩短了工艺流程,降低了生产能耗,并发现HL型分散染料和KM型活性染料更适用于该涤棉织物一浴一步法染色。

Dyeing of polyester / cotton core-spun yarn fabric are carried out by one bath and one step meth- od with disperse .and reactive dyes. The influences of the different dyes and the dyeing conditions on the K/S val- ueand the Sr value of the dyed samples are studied. The optimum dyeing conditions are obtained by single factor tests, i.e., dyeing temperature 100℃, pH 8, anhydrous Na2 S0440 g/L and insulation time 45 min. When corn- pared with the traditionaldyeing process, this dyeingmeth process, and easier condition control and the dyedfabrics od featured lower energy consumption, shorter dyeing can meet the requirements of wearing.
